Grailed fees

Grailed Fee Calculator

Grailed's tiered commission plus payment processing, resolved into your actual payout.

Grailed fees = commission (9% at $120 and above, 6% with a $1.99 minimum below $120) + payment processing (about 3.49% + $0.49 domestic). Sell a jacket for $100 and the commission is $6.00 plus $3.98 of processing, $9.98 total, so you keep $90.02 — an effective rate near 10%. At $200 the 9% tier applies: $18.00 commission plus $7.47 processing leaves $174.53. Grailed lowered the under-$120 tier in May 2026, so cheaper pieces now clear more than they used to. Crossing $120 switches to 9%: $25.47 in total fees, $174.53 kept.

The Grailed fees calculator math, spelled out. Commission first: sale price × 9% at $120 and above, or price × 6% (minimum $1.99) below. Then payment processing on the same sale: price × 3.49% + $0.49 domestic. A $60 tee pays $3.60 commission + $2.58 processing = $6.18, netting $53.82. Selling sneakers across platforms? The GOAT fee calculator and StockX pages run the same comparison for sneaker-first marketplaces, where flat per-sale fees change which venue pays best.

Frequently asked questions

How much are Grailed seller fees?

Two parts. The commission is tiered: 9% of the sale price at $120 and above, or 6% with a $1.99 minimum below $120 (the structure introduced May 20, 2026). Payment processing is charged separately at roughly 3.49% + $0.49 for US domestic sales and 4.99% + $0.49 when the buyer is international. All-in, a domestic sale at $120+ costs about 12.5% + $0.49.

Does the Grailed commission apply to shipping?

It depends on the label. For listings using Grailed Labels, commission is calculated on the listing price only. For listings where you ship with your own label, the sale price includes what the buyer paid for shipping — so a $100 item with $15 shipping is treated as a $115 sale. That distinction matters most near the $120 tier boundary.

Is it worth pricing just under the $120 threshold?

Sometimes, yes — unlike most fee cliffs, this one is real. At $119 the commission is 6% ($7.14); at $120 it jumps to 9% ($10.80). That $1 of price costs you $3.66 of commission, so a piece you would list at $120–123 nets more at $119. Above roughly $123 the higher price wins again. Run both prices through the calculator to check.

Are there listing fees on Grailed?

No. Listing is free and you only pay when an item sells. There is no store subscription either. Your only other costs are optional: shipping (if you offer free shipping, treat the label as a price cut) and the payment processing difference on international orders, which rises to about 4.99% + $0.49.

Do these defaults stay accurate?

Grailed restructured its commission in May 2026, so assume the numbers can move again. Every rate on this page is an editable field: if Grailed changes a tier, the threshold, or processing rates, plug in the current numbers from Grailed's fee help page and the math still works. Treat results as estimates until you confirm against your actual payout.
